As the weather gets cooler and the leaves continue to fall, we start to turn inward and take time to acknowledge all that we are shedding, all we let go of.
Colours in Communion
Join Gaia Urson Sigel (transpersonal art therapist) and Lu Alexandria (metaphysical practitioner) for a deeply guided and powerful journey through art, meditation, talk-therapy and food sharing.
Together we tunnel under layers of the psyche, revealing the deeper stories and narratives that are driving our lives. Seeking access to the inner callings of the soul, we aim to understand ourselves deeper and in turn, use this understanding to guide our lives.
With the hidden gems and newfound power harnessed through awareness, we are then are called to integrate this wisdom and knowledge.
