Soulful Union | Breathwork Intensive & Movement Medicine

Welcome to Soulful Union, a 4.5 hour somatic immersion held on Sunday February 25 from 9.00am - 1.30 pm.

Soulful Union is an event facilitated by Lu Alexandria and Pedro Fraga.

Soulful Union is primarily focussed on exploring the Masculine & Feminine energies within, and takes participants through an epic journey of mind, body & spirit discovery through somatic release, expression and embodiment.

Soulful Union features: Cacao Ceremony, Sharing, Sound, Breathwork, Somatic Movement & Space Holding.
